We offer ambulatory services to horses in the Thames Valley and surrounding areas. We provide a bespoke, high level, friendly service to a variety of equine clients including polo, dressage, leisure/pleasure and race horses. Transparency and advice charges
To ensure transparency and continuity of care, calls to our out-of-hours service may be handled by Equicall/Equicomms on our behalf. Client information may be shared securely between partner practices where necessary to provide appropriate clinical support, in line with GDPR requirements.
We are also introducing a charge for telephone advice for clients who are not registered with the practice. A registered client is defined as one who has received routine veterinary care with us within the past two years, including essential preventative treatments such as tetanus vaccination. Clients who are unregistered or have not been seen within this period may be asked to pay a £20 upfront fee for a telephone advice consultation; this fee will be deducted from the bill should a visit be required with the remaining visit deposit payable in advance. This approach helps ensure fair use of our services while prioritising care for our regularly attending clients.
